Liverpool are unbeaten in 16 games in all competitions and next up, they will collide against high flying Manchester City, who are unbeaten in the league this season.
Back in September, the Reds were ripped apart by the Citizens 5-0 at the Etihad Stadium but at Anfield, Klopp’s men will hold stronger cards so it will be an intriguing battle.
The good news for Liverpool is that four stars could be fit for the clash against the Sky Blues on Sunday.
According to PhysioRoom, the likes of Salah, Sturridge, Moreno and Henderson (major doubt) could be fit to face Manchester City on 14th January. The first three were spotted in the recent training session at Melwood
Salah has been world class for Liverpool this season and his return is absolutely brilliant for Klopp. Solanke has not been able to perform well when given the chance and in such a scenario, Sturridge’s return will amplify the quality and depth of the strike-force.
Moreno was Liverpool’s first choice LB before getting injured. He has improved a lot this season but in his absence, Robertson has impressed as well.
In your opinion, who will come out on top on Sunday?
